Monday at 4pm, I dropped my 2008 Chevy impala off to be repaired for an intake valve and a valve cover at the Main Street location. I spoke with Carlos and inquired about when my vehicle would be finished he ensured me that Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest it would be ready for pickup. Today Wednesday August 9th, 2023 at 4:30 I spoke with Carlos again and inquired about my vehicle he told me when it’s finished he would call me. I expressed how I felt uncomfortable with him even servicing my vehicle after not being able to fulfill the repair within the date and time he gave me. Carlos then told me to “kiss his [censored]” and hung up the phone on me. I’m writing this complaint to express how distasteful and unsatisfied I was with the customer service and unprofessionalism displayed by the manager. I hope this type of behavior isn’t a representation of your company! Some type of disciplinary action needs to be taken, that is not how you treat your customers and if it’s I won’t be back.

Desired outcome: That employees be reprimanded. And receive sensitivity training. Or suspended for using profanity at a customer
