VALLEY NATIONAL BAK review: $499 REFINANCING

Please DO NOT make any business with this bank. This bank is a scam! Valley National Bank will take your hard earned $499 and run. Federal and state governments should step in and investigate this bank. They are liars and crooks which do not intend to refinance. Agent named Wesley B. L., especially stay clear from this person. This bank will appraise your house way under its true value which then they decline your application. In my case my house came down $9000 short. First agent Wesley B. L. told me I have to come up with additional $9000 in order to continue with my application. I asked him give me day to think about and I would give him a call let him know my decision. My only reason to refinance was to pay mortgage faster since that $9000 was going towards my principle I decided to pay the difference. It took me 2 days get in touch with this agent (several calls and email) finally when responded I told him that I will pay the difference so we can continue with my application. This agent was in a quite shock when he heard me then he told me my application declined already and there is nothing he can do about it. I reminded him what he said 2 days ago and his answer was again my application was denied and he can not do anything. As you see what kind of bank is Valley National Bank and their agents. They are total liars which should not be in business. Please approach cautiously if you gonna refinance your house from this bank. I just lost my $499 and I do not want this happen to anybody.
