VAL MOTORS review: PUT A DOWN PAYMENT FOR A CAR & HE DIDN'T GIVE DOWN PAYMENT BACK

I went to go buy a car, I put a down payment of $1, 500.00 and he took forever to find financing. After 5 day's he said the financing wasn't completed so we wanted our money back and he kept saying he would give the money back tomorrow and he kept saying tomorrow. He then said he found financing and he would sell the car cheaper and he said it would take one more day and almost a week past and I told him enough is enough and then when I went to go pick up the money he said they car was financed and it was for more money rather then less as he had told me he would. I was so desperate in needing a car and he would give me my deposit back so I signed the contract and drove of with the car. Then two weeks later he called to say he was going to put a GPS on the car and he would be needing it for 3 hours and after 3 hours passed I called for my car and he said that the finance company wanted to car back because they weren't going to finance the car after all. So after being shocked that the car wasn't financed after driving the car for 14 days we told the owner Val that we wanted our money back and he said that he would later. We called the police and the police said it was a civil matter and they did nothing. We went to the court house to fill a compliant and we expect to win in court. He is a fast talker and he is a crook, he is not on the up and up. His license was not posted on his wall and we asked for it and he refused to show it. He told the police that it was the first car they had ever sold through the car lot.
