JUST A HEADS UP I WORKED FOR THE COMPANY FOR TWO DAYS AND AFTER HEARING THE REPS LAUGHING ABOUT SCAMING PEOPLE AND SEEING SOMEONE SHOWOFF ON THEIR PHONE THAT THE MANAGER IN CHARGE WAS ARRESTED FOR DRUG DEALING. Thank you for the heads up I cannot afford to lose any more money from people lying to me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I myself was SCAMMED by VPL to make a long story short they cold called one evening stating that they sale all their property listing in 45-90 days it has been 9 months. But VPLs' charged my credit card before they ever sent me a contract to look over and sign. And now I have tried to get my money back for nine months. They have an F rating with the BBB and are under investigation by the attorney general, PLEASE BE AWARE AND DON'T DO BUSSINES WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO LOSE.
In reference and for the record, Mr. Gobal never was a manager at VPL, ever. He had no authority or title other than salesman what so ever at any time. He was hired by VPL as a sales rep. VPL immediately did a background check on him as they do on all potential salespeople. He left VPL 4 days after he was hired before the results of the background check came in. Also two people that were hired at the same time were let go as well. VPL does not tolerate any reps lying or joking about or to clients in any manor ever. If any representative ever says anything negative or implies they do anything but help VPLs clients they are terminated on the spot. VPL takes their clients and the reps actions very seriously. VPL advises all reps to report any misconduct in the office. VPL has a zero tolerance for drugs, lying by reps or any criminal past. The young Lady making this posting should of spoke directly to the acting manager in the front office which was not Mr. Gobel I can assure you that type of conduct is never tolerated and would of been dealt with on the spot.
