I was looking to buy a property and I thought I'd give US Realty Records a try. They said they had more records than the free report, so I agreed to pay $1.25 for a report. But when I got the report online, it had LESS information than what I had already found through Google searches. I was disappointed because I was hoping to get more information about the property.

To make matters worse, when I clicked on the link they emailed me to see my report, I got a -404 error (page not found). I was frustrated because I had already paid for the report and now I couldn't even access it. I tried to contact their customer service, but I didn't get a response.

I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company and block further charges from US Realty Records. I had read other reports of people being charged $19.95 once the $1.25 charge was accepted, so I didn't want to risk it.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with US Realty Records. I had hoped to get more information about the property, but instead, I got less. And the fact that I couldn't even access the report I paid for was frustrating. I would not recommend using their services.

I decided to check out US Realty Records to see what kind of information they had on my home. I was curious to see what details they had listed in their report. I was a bit disappointed to find that there was one inaccuracy in the report. The report stated that my home had only 2 bathrooms, when in fact it has 2.5 bathrooms. This may not seem like a big deal, but when it comes to real estate appraisals, every detail counts.

In addition to the bathroom inaccuracy, I also noticed that the police and school districts were not listed correctly. This was a bit concerning to me, as I want to make sure that any potential buyers or renters have accurate information about the area.

UsRealtyRecords.com illegally signed me up for their membership. On 1/20/2022 2022, the Boone County Assessor's Office in Illinois listed this website to get property information. So I electronically paid fee $19.95 & rec'd the link via email. MY BAD...for not noticing UsRealtyRecords.com auto-charged my credit card $19.95 for 8 months = $159.60 total from Feb to Sept!

I called [protected] to find out why they were charging my credit card. This phone# turned out to be an overseas company. The customer service rep said I AGREED for this membership! I would've never agreed to join at $19.95 per month. Their customer service rep was a rude and argumentative and insisted I checked the box to join. Overall, the information I needed was not legit to use to close a mortgage contract.

In March 2019 I looked on this page and started to fill out the forms but when I seen it was a monthly charge i DID NOT finish. I did not agree to anything but they went ahead and took the money for two months. Now that i looked on the complaints this happened to alot of forks. I want it to stop be taken out of my bank account and my 2 month payments refunded.

Absolutely useless website with tons of useless information. You don't want what they provide.
I paid for my membership every month. Well, they just charged me when they wanted and I had nothing against it. But suddenly, they closed my account without telling me. And by the way, their charges didn't stop.
I immediately called them.

It's been 5 days. Excuse me, but how many more hours should I wait? You answer within 120 hours and more?

I started to join the program but got near the end and read you wanted to bill monthly from my credit card, so I never finished and did not hit the agreement button at the end of the process to cancel the transaction. you went ahead and billed my account for .95 to start up . I do not want the service so you need to cancel these charges for me. Donald Brown

We searched for the property and examined the website www.usrealtyrecords.com. We wanted to get more details about the property, its condition and taxes. We emailed the agent, but he told that we needed to register on the website and request report. We did as he told us and we paid for the report, which haven’t received. We tried to get explanation from the agent, but he decided to stop our communication at all.
