Disappointing Experience with Us.lookfantastic: Missing Product and No Response to Emails
I gotta say, I ain't too thrilled with Us.lookfantastic. I ordered me some stuff - four products, to be exact - and since I spent over a hundred bucks, they threw in a beauty bag as a gift. Sweet deal, right? Well, turns out they sent me the beauty bag, but not one of the products I actually paid for. And get this - the order status says it's been "delivered." What the heck? So I tried to get in touch with 'em, sent three emails and all, but no response. Ain't that just a joke? I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone, no way, no how.

But, I'm sitting here today, after 5 chat sessions with Us.lookfantastic, with no Beauty Advent Calendars as gifts. They offered me a $10 credit, but come on, $10? They've had my $540 since September and couldn't even give me updates on my order. I'm never buying from them again.
