I paid them 750.00 to modify mortgage it was suppose top be 100% guarenteed and when I wasn't approved and called to get money back they disconnected phone number.

They did the same thing to us and we ended up losing our home because of them. They wasted our time until it was to late to find a real solution, not the lies of Charles Favoroso and Josh, the representative we dealt with. If anyone knows how to get in touch with them, please feel free to post the info on here.

The did the same thing to me. Charged me $1300.00, filled out the first set of loan modification papers, submitted them, was turned down, contacted them, sent the modification papers with different numbers on them, was turned down again, contacted Steve Lord at the Sewell office, went to voicemail, sent MILLIONS of emails, and no contact after that. Shortly after, the number was disconnect, their rating went down to an F with the BBB, and they consolidated their "operations" in Phila. Pa. I have since written to Charles Favoroso at that address, and they refuse to sign for my certified letter demanding a return of my money for their non-delivery of services promised. I have just received a notice for the return of the certified letter I sent to Charles Favoroso in Phila, with an "Unknown Nmber" reason--it's been laying in the Phila. post office since the beginning of November and NOW they say it's a bad address? I want to find these guys and I want my money back.
