We ordered a scooter in Feb. 2022, took 5 months to receive. Once received, was damaged. Wrote on receipt and called and emailed. Was told they would look into it, since then no response. Want compensation for damages. Fender on the driver side cracked and door and fender on passenger side looked to sideswiped so paint was gone. They seem to not care since they received their money. Also had to get a different color so they compensated for improved batteries, that's another joke, have to plug in the recharge after only going over 6 miles a day. If those are a more high performance battery I would hate to see the regular battery.
I want something for these damages. Doesn't make this company run by VETERANS look good.

We sent back our ebike battery to be recharged. he company was supposed to recharge and make better on battery. We waited for over 6 months finally got ahold of Bobby Ray of Ebike Marketplace he told us battery was donce and we would need to send him $600. which we did, we received battery, but was never fixed or recharged, still bike only gets 11 milesand only partially charges. So co change and was charged $600.
we Have since called him 3 times and no reply. So want a full refund or a new battery for our ebike.
