The kitten we purchased arrived via a flight without whiskers on one side of his face, a missing patch of fur, terrible ear mites (worst the vet had seen in years), and a persistent upper respiratory infection which required multiple antibiotics. Looking back at the blurry pictures Ryan Fuller of USA Ragdolls (formerly Chocolatta Ragdolls) shared, the kitten was missing the whiskers from a young age which he did not disclose or respond to my inquiry regarding. On top of that, that missing patch of fur turned into an infectious ringworm requiring the whole family (mom, dad, kids, grandma, nanny, and kitten) to go oral antifungals.
I've paid almost as much for treatment for the family and cat as I paid for him (2k and 400 for the flight). Finally, while we love him and are training him, the cat is very aggressive. I only found Ryan's name (not listed on his website) after I asked how I should pay. Through a quick Google search I found terrible reviews from a previous Ragdoll company he owned.
I can only imagine the poor conditions these kittens are born into.
Desired outcome: Pay for vet and medical bills
i was about to buy from USA ragdolls but thanks to yall's review i did not get one.

I bought a female kitten last June 2022. She turned 1 year old this past March 3,2023 and died March 27,2023. I only had her for 9 months. She died of HCM (Heart Failure). Ryan Fuller says he does genetic testing on the parents, but obviously does not. She died such a painful horrible death. Do not buy one of his cats! You will be without a lot of money and have and have a dead cat that you love. He will not answer my text or emails. He is a horrible breeder and does not care about the kittens. DI Not buy from USA Ragdolls from Ryan Fuller.!
It’s a total scam! Don’t do it! Paid $300 deposit and cat never arrived. Would not answer emails or phone calls after that

Knew someone who got three cats from this place, all three had bad medical issues, and two had to be only cats of their household because of the nature of the issues, making my friend have to give away two and pay plenty in medical fees.
Highly suspect.
My mother bought a cat from USA rag dolls about 2 months ago( May 2021). This kitty was sick and continued to worsen over the course of the month. Vets were treating for roundworms, but it turned out he had the wet form of FIP! So sad, he had to put down.
DO NOT BUY A CAT FROM THIS GUY! The whole colony probably has FIP.
