usa insulation contracted to inject premium poly foam insulation R-5.1 PER INCH into all my exterrior walls of my home. they fraudulentaly substited cheaper and less effective blown in cellulose insulation into most second floor walls leaving me with inferrior protection from winter cold and summer heat. after contacting them and complaining to them requesting a $400.00 refund they refused to comply.
