USA Hear review: Hearing aids

I purchased my hearing aids back in 2020 for $9,000.00. I have had them back numerous times to be fixed. When I went back after 3 weeks of them supposedly trying to fix them they said that they were unfixable and in turn gave me these ones to replace my original ones. I picked these ones up on October 24 th. On October 29 I was at my Great Grandsons football game and my Grand Daughter thought there was a bug on my shoulder but it was the part that goes over the ear that broke apart/ So within5 days they broke. I have had hearing aids for over ten years and never have I had this much breakage from these ones I have now.

I purchased them from USA HEAR by Long pond Rd. Greece N.Y. I stopped going to them when the pandemic hit because the girl told me it was nonessential to have me come in to have them repaired, so I had to send them out of state to be repaired which took 3 weeks to be repaired. I started going to Hearing and Speech on Ridge Rd. W. and everytime I would have to have them repaired they charged me $65.00. When I went to pick up the hearing aid they wanted another $65.00 when I only had them for 5 days.

I would like to know how many people have had problems with their hearing aids, and have complained.
