so at first she didn't even have a smile on her face and was so annoyed at me because I was waiting, then she told me to sit down, and didn't even sweep the hair around chair, then she sat me down and ask what do I want, and I gave her a picture to look at, but she just ignored it. Then she didn't even spray water on me to start and forced her way into my hair with a comb. Then she forcefully push my head down to cut it and spend like 30 seconds washing my hair, then at last she even told me to comb my own hair and after I combed it she fixed it with her own hands. Overall it was just terrible and she was being a [censored] the whole time and she shouldn't be working there, the whole process only took 5 minutes. She was this kind of middle aged and heavy blond lady with glasses and talked with an attitude the whole time.
