US Bank

On June 23, 2020 I opened a checking account with US Bank after reviewing the promotion shown below.

Earn a $300 bonus when you open a new U.S. Bank consumer checking account by June 29, 2020 and make at least two direct deposits that total $2, 000 or more within 60 days of account opening. Additionally, be enrolled in either U.S. Bank online banking or the U.S. Bank Mobile App by July 6, 2020
The same day June 23 2020 I sent in the forms to my Annuity Pension Company to start the direct deposits, I received a check in the mail on July 1 from my Annuity Pension Company with a note stating that they needed 15 days to process the deposits and the 1st deposit to US Bank would be Aug 1, 2020.
I contacted the local branch to see if it could be extended since it seemed I would not have the direct deposits in the allotted 60 days, they refused I then contacted customer service to see if they could help and the also refused.
I do believe this is possible fraud since all banks know that it takes time to set up new direct deposits and if I opened the account anytime from 06/16-06/29 I would not be able to make the deadline and be denied the bonus.
