Panera Bread - roasted turkey, avocado blt sandwich

I ordered a "Pick Two" combination of Tomato Soup and the Turkey Avacado BLT. After a few bites of the sandwich I noticed the avocado was missing. The same thing happened on my last visit. I was told that they ran out of avocado, and the person who took my order should have mentioned it. I paid $19 for the lunch and got "sorry, these things happen" instead of avocado. Not acceptable.
