On April 30 I was charged $50 by ICF. I had to send three letters to the billing company, three to the website, and 2 to ICF. They had charged me without me ever visiting the website. It is not a website I would go to, and I certainly would not make a purchase. The following is the response to my request that they return my money. Actually the customer service staff at epoch.com and the website were professional and responded somewhat timely to my emails. But the screenshot I have included was ICF's very first message to me. When I used epoch's transaction location tool on their website and was provided with the transaction details, they showed the charge amount as $0.00

It was obviously incorrect as I showed a $50.00 withdrawal on my account with that order number, so I pressed ICF Technologies themselves.

They called me, a person who has never even been to the website, a "security risk".

I guess they didn't like that I had caught them. I saved all the correspondence between myself and all the parties involved.
