I was excited to finally get coolsculpting done and was told I had a lifetime guarantee. I paid $4,000 for six treatments for my lower abdomen and I figured it would be all worth it and was much cheaper than a tummy tuck. 6 treatments had passed and I did the follow up consultation to look at the before and after pictures which turned out to be WORSE than when I originally came in. They said there was no refunds and there was nothing else they would do. No exceptions or apology. I was very disappointed in the customer service and wish I had known this before. Please dont do what I did and waste so much money, time, patience, and hopes on this place. It's a scam and they only care about money. Go anywhere else but this shaddy place!
