The first time going through the drive-through she forgot to give me my receipt. I get my food and I am missing stuff. Had to go back through when I explained it to them. She was very rude, and then handed me my receipt. We didn't even get the right food. We got someone food not are food . So I when in this time .She slammed it in the trash. The other food the manager basically handed me the bag didn't even say sorry, didn't even speak to me really. when I said hey I already went through explained it to you and drive through and you gave me a different sandwich they gave me two cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets when I had two pretzel sandwiches. All I am saying is they need better training and they need better time on how they handle stuff. I will never send anybody to this Burger King until they get trained better they are absolutely rude snotty and don't know how to do their job. I have tried to call your guys's headquarters several different ones and they do not go through or they say you are not able to receive calls or messages. I really like Burger King but I am really thinking that this was a very big let down all around.
