The Pep Boys - Starter, first visit they did not do what was asked

Car is worse now 3000 dollars later, and I can not drive it
I have spoked with the complaint line 2 times now waiting on a manager to call me back and still nothing the only one who has called me back is the store where the work was done, and now the car will not run
I have been given the run around non-stop, the care is there now
I can't drive it now when I could when I took it

Claimed loss: 3000.00

Desired outcome: fix it or refund my money
