Good evening
This complaint has been building up over the past 2–3 years. I am disabled and can’t drive anymore and my sister lives closest to me and cannot take me all the time because of her work schedule. One main problem is the app is not always in sync with the store so I try and call like I just did try. First call waiting on hold they pick up the line and hang up:total. 7 min second call on hold 26 min and I gave up. When you go into the store everyone(example tonight) 5 workers and a pharmacist and 1 person waiting on customers and the other workers are just ignoring us and we have to wait for the one person while the rest keep head down and there was a time when customers came first. This is my last attempt to get something done before I switch to Walgreens
Desired outcome: Please, have some meeting with pharmacy employees and remind them that we still matter and is there a pharmacy manager who can delegate when to take an employee off the computer so they can help with the line of customers.
CVS - gave me less pills
I had a prescription and I went to CVS pharmacy thinking they can't give me wrong or less medicine.I paid and left.The pharmacist had an attitute even when she called for the next person when I was in line.But it never crossed me she would do such a thing.Later on that night when I opened my 2 boxes of medicine which was supposed to be 6 in each box had only 2 on one of the boxes.I couldn't believe my eye and was really mad, b/c I never expected it.I got calm and called them and they told me I can pick it up in the morning.I went in the morning and they said come back tomorow morning b/c we dont have it now.So I went again the next morning.And they said the same thing, and told me to come again tomorow and that they gonna write a note.Still I didn't get mad I said fine.And I saw the lady and said 'thats her'so she turned around and sked her.Her responce was 'can't be and walked away...That's when I really got pissed and decided to write this!I just need those medicines for migraines, but what if I needed them for something more serious.A pharmacist acting and doing like this in a big place where lots of sick and old people buy drugs at?Very sad...Please open and check before you leave!I will get what they owe me tomorow.Just wanted to share n let my frustrations out, thx
