Smith's - Closing doors before store closing hours

I am extremely disappointed, your location had closed the doors to customers before your posted closing time. Store representatives turned me away and would not open the doors with 10 mins still. I needs to grab a few items that I explained to them and would be no more than 5 mins in the store. The refused to open the closed doors. You should abide by your posted hours. I regularly shop here over other options and could have gone there and still gotten what I needed. As a result I had no time to make it because I preferred your store. Lesson learned I'll go to the competition next time. Very dissatisfied with your store and practices.

Desired outcome: You should contact the store and abide by your posted hours.

Smith's - Money services return of money orders

Your Smith's store in West Jordan is a [censored] show. I bought a couple of Money orders less than two weeks ago. I sent them out for payment and they were returned. The money orders were not used, so I took them to a Smiths in west jordan to get a refund. The heifer at the register said that it would cost her $4.00 to refund each. Meanwhile on the back of the money order it states otherwise.

I have not time to waste on a ho that is going bald. It does not cost that much to get a refund on a money order. I guess when you are going bald you become an idiot as well. Your stores are trash and will lose more customers when they are treated like this.

Desired outcome: I would like the employee to be fired and I want an apology.
