Cato

I visited the Cato on Bandera in San Antonio, Tx on Sunday 2-16-20 around 5:20 p.m. and received the worst service. I never got greeted nor acknowledged during my visit. The music was already off when I walked in. It was a white lady wearing jeans and an older black lady working. When I asked for a fitting room the black lady said just walk in its open, she didn't even turn to look at me. They were both behind the counter and looked like they didn't want to be at work. Another customer walked in 15 minutes until 6 and instead of being greeted the older lady shouted out " Cato will close in 5 minutes " The lady just walked out of the store after this comment. I left the store 10 minutes til 6 and they immediately locked the store after I left. I have managed a Cato store before and I know that Cato expects their employees to give good customer service. I was very disappointed with the way these two ladies acted.
