North Texas Tollway Authority [NTTA] - Web maintenance / unable to load toll tag

The toll tag users of NTTA has been unable to reach customer service to load our toll tag due to web maintenance, circumstances due to ntta doing web maintenance from 12/31/20 to 1/11/21. I always kept my toll tag 10.00 and above due to being an Uber driver. I will have a huge issue if I have to pay a zip cash toll when I have a toll tag that's in good standing, and no ability to load it, no customer service available at all today is 1/9/21. I have emailed the mayor of Dallas as well. Do not debit DNT# ending in 1902. If I get a zip cash toll I will take this issue to local media. Your company should have to give every toll tag holder the ability to at least load our toll tags. I did load mine and had a 25 credit on my tag before 12/31/20. This was totally irresponsible for ntta to do business like this. No ability to be able to load a toll tag. Really.

North Texas Tollway Authority [NTTA] - Unethical billing practices - unlawful fees

I want to file a formal compliant against NTTA. On three different occasions two last year and one February 2020, I contacted NTTA about billing issues regarding my vehicle after it went through toll booths on a texas highway. On several occasions I was charged excessive fees not due to ignoring the bill but that the invoice not being received.

On three different occasions, I informed NTTA about the issue and stated it wasn't fair i was charge late fees, administrative fees, and other excessive 2nd and 3rd late fees on invoices. They stated the invoices were sent to my address and I informed that they were not recieved - which I can confirm the address they used was not my address. I only found out about the excessively charged invoices notices after I received an email from NTTA. I am puzzled why they didnt send an email earlier with the bill was first outstanding, or have it automatically be sent which I could have paid it at that point. But, for several invoices, where the costs was $5, or $10, the bill ran up to $100s. Some of the invoices were at collections level and had many excessive fees added mounting up the bills to be in the 5 times more than the original charges. Each time, I contacted NTTA asking some or all of the fees to be removed but they declined stating I ignored the bill which is not even the case. I provided my correct address each time, but they said they couldn't put it on file, but when i asked for all outstanding invoices be sent to me they mailed them to the correct address. They said my address could only be updated with DPS, in which I am very surprised as they were able to mail the invoices. But, I am asking something be done in regards to this as this is at least the 4 time I have been excessively charged and at this point --- I will NEVER USED toll road in the state of Texas again as I no longer want to go through this with this entity (NTTA). I ask for some type of resolution and restitution of funds. Sincerely.

NTTA stored my credit card and used it to pay outstanding invoices. I did not authorized my card to be store in their system. Also, did not authorize the particular card be used for payment. I will have to cancel my card so that is not stored in the system and/or charged for invoices. This took place on April 9, 2020. Please assist with better practices in regards to customers credit cards.
