Feista hired a security company that hires non speaking English men as security guard in a English speaking community.
They are all dressed in Black one wearing a bullet proof vest without a gun but has two sets of handcuffs without a gun, one is on a cell phone and two are ordered to follow a black couple in the store. This behavior set a hostile environment and due to ignorance you are setting yourself up for a lawsuit. Hopefully all will be able to present a work Visa or US Citizenship.
I am very aware of the owner of this security company which explains their insubordination. I will be calling ICE.
Desired outcome: Hire people that can speak English and Cashiers that have some education about the cultures they work around. They are not in a club or in their homes.
