Fiesta Mart

Hello my name is Monica Jimenez. I writing to you today to talk about an incident that happened on 8/29/23 @ 7:10 pm. Paul Lozano was going to shoplift at store #1 and was going to the back when he was jumped by 3 of your employees and the security guard with metal poles sticks and baton. He tried to give the merchandise back but they attacked him. He was able to get away and ran through the store and they caught up to him outside the bus stop. And that when a person took the video that I will send you also. To make things worse when the police got there they all left but one person named Victor Madison. And says that he was the victim. Paul has 2 broken fingers a concussion scrapes and bruises all over and Is in jail right now. I have known Paul my whole life and that's why I'm helping him. I know there us probably footage from the beating inside the store. Not once did I see fiesta mart on the paperwork or the names of the other employees. You can Clearly see the employees and there uniforms. So we will be sending the video to the DA and filing charges against all of them.i know he wasn't supposed to be shoplifting but I know the employees have no right to lay a hand on people much less neat the with metal poles. I will sure that to file charges on every person that were involved. I am looking for the person that took the video and will use him as a witness
