Placed a pickup order and was shorted 1 cheeseburger. Didn't notice shortage until I arrived home which is 20 minutes away.
I went back for another order and complained to the order taker, and she just said OK and did nothing else. No sorry or let me talk to the manager. I felt like she thought it was my fault for not opening the bag and checking it before I left.
this is the second time I was shorted. The other time was the drive thru.
Claimed loss: from 2 visits. Two cheeseburgers
