Taco Bell - unethical behavior *the manager angel is a disrespectful racist!

On 10/23/18, Store #015584 (4616 Frankford Rd) I ordered a Large Caramel Apple Freeze with extra caramel in the middle and top as I usually do 2-4 times a day from the same Taco Bell. I'm normally charged once for the the extra caramel, but today I was charged twice for extra, which I didn't mind of complain as long as my drink was made correctly. When I pulled up to the window the drink didn't have any caramel on the bottom at all and specks of caramel on the sides of the cup, the drink is made with caramel at the bottom of the cup. when you pay for extra it's to add more of the requested item not be charged for more but given less. I asked the cashier, Christopher could he add more caramel and I'd pay additional on top of the 2 fees I had already been charged for the extra caramel, his response was "I already put 8 squirts of caramel ma'am." I then asked him why wasn't there any caramel in the bottom of the drink or top if i was charged twice for extra I also asked him how was the drink normally made?, he said with caramel on the bottom, but I asked for extra caramel in the middle and top. I advised him that extra simply means MORE so the product should've been made the normal way, but with additional caramel. Out of nowhere another employee walks over to the window and starts screaming he's tired of me complaining, he has a right to refuse any service without any explanation, he then advised the cashier to give me my money back and told he's not remaking my drink and I could leave. I just sat there in complete shock I couldn't believe the way he yelled and spoke to me and I didn't do anything wrong I just wanted what I paid for. I asked the young man why was he so angry and could I speak with a Manager, the cashier then said "he is the Manager." I couldn't believe that someone so disrespectful, angry, and be considered a leader of this establishment. I just asked the cashier for the corporate number and a copy of the receipt so I would have the store number. I started to record the Manager and how rude he was being for no reason at all and I advised him I would email the video the corporate office he said it was illegal to record him regardless of what he was saying or how he was treating me, he then mumbled dumb black [censored] and not to ever come back there again. I can't believe that this racist unstable guy is a Manager! I literally go to this Taco Bell 2 to 4 times a day for the same drink made the exact same way and the one time a new person makes my drink and it's incorrect I didn't complain I just took his word that he put 8 squirts of caramel and offered to pay for more, but what I will not tolerate is the disrespect from anyone!(I've included copies of my bank statements reflecting some of my daily purchases at this location, I unfortunately didn't keep the receipts for cash payments) A Manager is suppose to be a problem solver and is suppose to assist and resolve the customer's problem not add to them. I'm still baffled by the whole situation! It's pretty ironic that the same Manger screwed up my order last week and was trying to charge me $5.68 for the same drink that was $3.15, but when I got to the window he had a small drink, I told him it was ok I'd take the small drink because the line was long and he already seemed a bit overwhelmed taking orders ( I had no idea he was a manager until today) I am sorry for the extended email I just had to reach out regarding this situation there is no telling how many people he is mistreating because he has authority and he can just refuse their service even if he or another employee is wrong that's not right! I may be African-American, but my money is green and it spends like everyone else's. I am a loyal customer and I deserve to be treated as such, this is unacceptable!
