The Amarillo, TX location on Soncy road. It still allows smoking and due to Covid 19 there is limited seating. We wanted to be sat as far away from the smoking as possible but that section was mot open at all! We enjoy Applebee's but as long as you allow smoking and reduce seating areas we will not support your business. We have tried to support to support all the restaurants during this Pandemic. We know the restaurant are struggling. People sit in the bar area at Applebee's at Soncy in Amarillo puffing on cigarettes one after another. That makes wearing masks to the tables very difficult. That's all you smell even after leaving the restaurant. I would think opening more sections in the restaurant would allow more social distancing. And would allow people to be seated in an area that is less smokey. I think this needs to be looked into.
