Comments: I have an issue with my AC Rheem Unit. I only bought it about four years ago. The company which I bought here in Nashville TN id ARS Rooter. This Rheem Unit has given us nothing but troubles. ARS Rooter at one stage during the pandemic or just before quoted us with about $4000 worth of repairs. I looked at another company today, Donelson Air because not cool air is circulating again in the unit. The fan just goes around and around. They said is empty of refrigerant and there is a leakage in the pipes connecting to the compressor and a few more things wrong with it. This unite has never worked properly. Donelson Air quoted me a cost of $1265 to repair those faults just to get it working again. The unit was and it still is a faulty unit. When I bought this ac unit. I was told that it should work fine for at least within ten to 14 years. However, it has been nothing but trouble ever since. Do not send me to ARS Rooter as they will do nothing or charge $1000s - and that would not be fair. I am extremely unhappy with this product being only about 4 years old. Hopefully I will hear from you soon with a good and proper solution. Regards. Paul.
