I see you guys want to lose money over processed Krystal chiks instead of leaving the sandwich alone you switch the chicken and thought we was too dumb to notice I would like my money back false advertising the chiks photo on ur menu board like I was getting the original chiks you either need to change ur menu board or bring the original chiks back the real chicken not this processed [censored] chicken like a big [censored] flat chicken nugget I'm pretty much done with ur franchise I hope it goes belly up you dirty mfs..

Krystal seems to be making some very bad changes. The new french fries are HORRIBLE. I am 71 and have been eating Krystal since I could eat food. Nothing changed, always could count on Krystal UNTIL NOW. Changing preparations on you french fries that have been the same and good for over 50 years. I never had the chick because I am a Krystal burger purist but if your customers are not happy with changes to the food, I would say you better pay attention.
Adios Krystal until you come to your senses and stick with the originals that have always worked.
