I asked a questions about the change in my rate after being there more than a month. I also addressed a issue with black mold inside my room. I was told by (queen) I can part ways cause I complaint too much. Mind you this was the 1st complaint since I checked in on july 6,2023. She denied me further service and told me to leave the premises. She was very rude and hostile after I asked about getting my room repaired. From july 6,2023 til september 21,2023 I only had this 1 problem to get treated and talked to as such. The maintence man is also rude. He refused to do work on my room. I had been asking for weeks to get repairs. When I 1st checked in on july 6,2023 "qiueen stated that she knew the lamp was broke and was waiting on the parts to fix it. As of september 21,2023 the parts still hadnt came in or the lamp hasnt been repaired. I feel like I was tourched and mistreated. Im unable to upload at this time but I do have photos of the problem.
