I purchased F/C Nature's Choice on 11/22/22 at 1950 Western Ave. (676) after my shift ended, Seafood Cordinater at 676. Arriving home I took 4 slices of bread and started eating it with my supper, the fourth slice started chewy and then I swallowed it then started choking, I panicked and after getting some thing out of my mouth, I seen plastic in the bread, then started Thanking God because I live by myself, I'm choking and could not breathe for it seemed like minutes but it took about 15 seconds to remove the plastic which is about 2 3/4 inches and clear. I swallowed some but not sure how much. I have inform the storeof this issue and because of the holiday I have not yet heard from counsel about future events
