General manager Georgina rude talk to her customer any kind of way she's disrespectful she doesn't want to clean rooms she talked to her employee any kind of way the roaches in the room when you make a complaint she's very rude and disrespectful towards her customers she also lives inside of the hotel wish you ain't supposed to be doing they have two rooms power with supplies which is code and we got charged extra money 4 day that we did not stay and when we brought up today or tension she was very rude about it she also drinks and walk down the hall drunk talkin to her customer and it kind of way
She also sleep on her job
She also walk up and down the hallway smoking cigarette and cussing harassing her customers when you call she do not transfer important phone call to your room
She have her kids to come in and help her clean rooms which is code they have supplies up in room 202 203 stacked up on the wall which does not post to be there it's supposed to be in the supply room that is a code

Unsafe / unsanitary room, lack of response, lies Hotel kept my money and the room was already paid for. rude employees, old/worn bedding, bad housekeeping Fix this place.
