I bought my granddaughter a pair of earrings from Zales at the Pinnacle in Bristol, TN. A year and a half later the stones have fallen out. I took them back to the store and was told there was nothing they could do. I was told if they had another pair they could just exchange them but they did not carry them anymore. I paid $60 on sale for a 1 year old and then they are such poor quality. I might as well buy Paparazzi for $1. The employees are rude and very snobby. I have bought several things in the past few years from them but will not waste my money again.
