I am not sure what was going on but the line through the drive thru took 20 minutes and the vehicle in front of me couldn't even place an order because staff was talking with a open mic. He gave up and just drove up to the window which then delayed service even more. It appeared that they were rushed because my fries came out under done. My cheeseburgers were cold and dry. This happened on Oct 30 around 1pm. The vehicle in front of me couldn't even place his order because the mic was open. He ended up driving up to the window placing his order there
