I received another letter regarding a late payment from American Mint (AM), I have researched the scam through the internet. I have received nothing from (AM) and have called, and wrote regarding this. The person I talked to said that would be all I needed to do is put in writing I didn't receive it. The account number is [protected] and (AM) would have to prove the item was delivered. My wife and I can provide an affidavit we have never received coin/coins from American Mint. Why wouldn't I have paid in advance, I did on the $16.90 Trump Pledge that we had an offer, consideration and an acceptance on. I am certain that I will just be another in a plethora of complaints to the BBB. Please provide proof that I received the coin/coins or whatever.

American Mint - Trump knives/the pocket knives and the bowie knife
My husband is being billed by American Mint for Trump knives not ordered and those he did order not received. He used my Visa card and now they plan on billing me for money not owed. If I must I will close the account and also contact the Mo attorney generals office concerning the fraud they are committing in Missouri.
American Mint - Collectible coins
American Mint is the most non customer service oriented business I have EVER dealt with. My elderly mother in law with dementia has unfortunately gotten involved with them and they have taken advantage of her. She got suckered in to their trap and now they refuse to grant her any refund for the tons of coins they have auto shipped her. They will only refer to their 30 day return policy. Over and over like a broken record. Anything over the 30!days you are screwed on. Their competition company Bradford Exchange has a 365 day return policy and they have been much more flexible and helpful. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They have terrible business practices and even worse customer service.
