Hallmark

I bought the bells last year, they seem to have worked fine. This year I bring out my bells and they don't work. I take all batteries out before storing, and package it up in the original box. I bought all new batteries and replaced each one. Three bells worked, now, no bells work, I didn't even get to use them once! They can't play a song without all bells working together! I replaced the batteries again, and this time I finally realize it's not the batteries at all, it"s the bells! Now i'm not a wealthy person at all, in fact I don't even have a job, but when I saw the bells I just had to have them! I just wanted to hear them play, and I got no satisfaction what's so ever out of them! I payed a lot of money for those bells, it was a gift to myself last year I was seriously so upset and disappointed. I went back to the store and they said to contact hallmark this way. Please help me figure out my bells, or maybe I just got a bad batch! Please reply! Please either replace or refund! I love the bells! If they would work!
