Jackson Hewitt

I filed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt trusting they would do what was right for me. Last year I went in got the advance , then went back in when I had all my forms to complete my taxes. This year I went in , got advance, BUT the agent submitted my taxes KNOWING I was waiting for a 1099. This has caused me to have to do an amendment which they wanted me to pay $143 for that day, so I could not even do it. My taxes are now on hold because I cannot afford the amendment. This is after charging me $ 490 to do my taxes the wrong way, which has costed me more money and delayed my refund. the only answer they give is ITS NOT THEIR FAULT when IT IS. They have a money back plus $100 guarantee, but here now that they've messed up my taxes, they will not admit it or give my money back. Thats false advertising and should be fraud. They wronged me BUT will do nothing about it. Another agent even admitted they should not have filed my taxes like that, and that they should have done the same as last year BUT that they NEVER admit when they are wrong. THIS IS WRONG!
