Fir the first time in 50+ years I was told by the meat department personnel that THEY couldn’t separate a doupack of Rib Eye Steaks $42.00 worth and forced me to purchase it when ALL single packs were sold out…Bad Customer Service and not following your “Make it Right” policy…

they have divided packs there for years for me when I politely have asked… Fred Meyers is the only place I buy meat… Looks like Safeway is going to get my $3000.00 a month grocery bills from now on…

So we have 1 Fred Meyer in my town. We get a weekly ad & for the week of may 3 thru may 9th I believe there is a patio swing. It’s $249.99 but with my rewards# it’s $125. Wow killer deal I’m thinking right? I’m being told my Fred Meyer does not sell things like that. I asked for a transfer from another store. Nope can’t transfer. Why do you advertise items that are unattainable? because we only have 1 Fred Meyer & 1 Safeway this town spends ALOT of money at your store & I think you should be able to shop items in the flier. Up until a year ago it would have been no problem. I was told our store is a market place. The closest Fred Meyer from me is over 100 miles away. I just want the patio swing
