I purchased a 2011 nitro I was pleased at how easy it was until I got very sick and was off work they still worked with me until I couldn't make it into the local office to visit in person when all that they was gonna say could have been done over the phone. They refused to take a payment from my dad over the phone but had no problem having a sales associate text my boyfriend her ex husband to have them leave gate unlocked to repo my car. No communication what so ever can't get the manager at local office to answer your calls. Now my brother who has never missed a payment 1 time changed jobs and they were told is now having issues and the financial acct refused what payment he did have and hung up on him. So if I could give carnart a negative star I would. 3 false repos cuz of lack of communication.
