My boyfriend bought me a necklace on 12/23/20 at store 2920. I own and purchase a lot of jewelry so I only wore it once in Jan. I tried to put it on a few weeks ago and the clasp spring just broke. The necklace was never pulled on or anything, so just a faulty clasp. Not a big deal, easy fix. My eye site is not good enough to fix it so I took it to Zales to see what my options were. They sent me away without even talking to me or looking at the necklace I have never dealt with such rude behavior in my life. They do jewelry repair and it was never mentioned that I could pay to have it fixed, she wouldn't even let me ask... Just said there was nothing they could do since I purchased it in Dec. I understand that and was wiling to pay for it but I got sent away. I went next door to Kay Jewelers and they fixed it for free in literally 2 min. Zales has forever lost my business and I am buying wedding rings this month. I fried calling Zales to complain and their customer service is an absolute joke. Don't shop at Zales! They do not stand behind their jewelry and they allow their customers to be treated like garbage.
