I bought a torque wrench on Saturday 1/25/20. The clear case lid on it was cracked when I bought it. I tried to return the item 4 days later, 1/29/20, due to not needing the wrench. The manager would not accept it and inferred that I was a liar about not using it before returning it. I said the case was like that when I bought it, and the manager said 'no it wasn't, have a nice day' and gave me the wrench back. Despite the fact he wasn't present when I bought it.
The 2 employees that sold me the wrench that night didn't disconnect the security thing, so it set off the buzzers when I got close to the door. They told me they were sorry about that and just to go. I have the receipt, both items on it, and a bank statement for proof of purchase from this store location.
