On Monday may 15th I was told to drop my vehicle off to caliber collision through an insurance company progressive to have a rim replaced. The manager there (Matt) came from out a room tellin g he is not fixing my car and decided to kick me out his shop and told me he'd call police if I didn't leave then proceeded to chase me outside apologizing saying he will fix my car. By now myself and husband and the rental woman were outside and all confused on to why he did this. I was hysterical crying and he choose to do this in front of other employees. KELLY
Desired outcome: A msg bk. And for Him to be fired for his management position because he does not know how to handle situations when dealing with a customer.
