I ordered a double cheeseburger (no pickle), one order of mozzarella sticks, and a medium Dr. Pepper in the drive through. Not only did it take nearly 30 minutes to get through the drive through, the food was cold, the drink was not given to me (I had to ask for it), and the order was incomplete - no marina dipping sauce. Date -11/1/19, Client Number Burger King 26022, Employee 520472 Brian, Order number was 629. I would like a full refund of $6.12. My email is [protected]@rochester.rr.com

While in the drive through line, a man came out of the restaurant and said it took him 35 minutes to get his simple order. I asked the young man who took my credit card if they were short handed, he said no - just a lot of cars.
