La Quinta Inns & Suites - Reference 4626568 - July 19th - July 22, 2021

As of today 9/19/21 NO ONE has responded to my email nor my request for a refund.

I spoke with Geloy who provided me with reference 4626568
Below is my complaint with attached fotos

Hi

I booked four rooms from July 18th through July 22nd.

We arrived on July 18th at around 9pm which is way past the 3pm check in time.

The rooms assigned to us where 207 & 205 with adjoining doors and 324 & 322 also adjoining rooms.

Upon entering my room 325 I noticed a huge sticky stain and that the adjoining door to room 205 where my 72 mom stayed, did not open. It was a huge inconvenience to go back and forth through the main doors as my mom needed assistance getting in bed because they are super high. She needed assistance getting in and out of the shower because there are no safety rails installed.

In addition i found a roach in my room.

I spoke with Amber at the front desk twice and both times I was informed "management" will reach out to me but I'm still waiting for this call. I was also informed we could not be relocated as the hotel was completely booked.

I'm wondering why my room was never cleaned & disinfected properly prior to my arrival, which they had plenty of time to do.

In addition we were not able to use the indoor pool as it was dirty.

Management seem to be very busy hosting an Indian gathering which their cuisine stunk up the lobby & and elevators for a day or so. Children running wild all over the lobby and these guest took the parking spaces for the paying customers.

The buffet breakfast was chaos as it was packed with people who did not respect the social distancing rule.

I'm extremely disappointed to have been ignored by management who clearly had no intension of accommodating and addressing my complaints.

I've stayed in other La Quinta hotels which were clean and had a pleasant stay but after this experience I will NEVER stay at any La Quinta hotel ever again.

I would like to file a complaint and request a full refund for room 207 and 25% discount for rooms 205, 324 & 322.
