Kmart

I regularly shop at the 770 Broadway NY, NY location and have regularly experienced extremely rude employees who insist on belittling and embarrassing and humiliating me. I shopped yesterday at this location I needed to use the restroom the restroom was locked I saw an employee with 3 rolls of toilet paper in his hand walking towards me as i stood in front of the bathroom I asked if he had a key code to unlock the the bathroom he stated " we don't have keys" I said i know I asked for the key code he then stated "how bad do you have to go" I was completely baffled by his response he then said "you'll have to wait I have stuff to do in there" I then said I have to go he then said " what do you have to do" again completely baffled I could not believe he would ask such questions. I said nothing at that point he then said "are you going to pee in your pants" I then said sir may i please use the bathroom he then said well I have to change the rolls first I have work to do. so I then said Sir I really ave to go he again stated are you going to pee in your pants. So completely embarrassed and humiliated I said yes i'm going to pee in my pants he then said well you better be fast because I have work to do in there so finally after all that he opens the door. I find this behavior completely unacceptable as I have several times before in this same location and have filed complaint about rude and unacceptable behavior by employees in this store such as I have witnessed this behavior expressed towards other customers. I want to see action taken again these employees and I am will to point out there identity or what ever it takes. I will no longer shop at kmart stores until action is taken. please contact me for any further info .

I've been in this store on 3 separate occasions. The employees are literally melting away, it can't be healthy to work in such conditions without proper ventilation. I don't want to shop there once I enter and can barely breathe due to the stifling heat. It's truly an uncomfortable shopping experience. With this heat wave coming I can't imagine the getting good customer service. Your workers are miserable
