i opened my merchant account with chase paymentech/first data and they processed all the credit cards .customers came to my shop and bought various merchandise from my store.i was expecting monies to arrive in my bank within few days.it has been over 45 days monies have not arrived in my bank account.i have called first data and chase.i keep getting run around.i have delived goods to various customers.i cant get paid.first data has there rep chauncey garcia told me they are going to hold $15000 for 10 months and than decide if they will release my funds.all my sales were legitmate sales they have no reason to hold my funds for this period of time.first data and chase paymenttech are a very big fraud organisation.be very careful if you open any account with first data and chase paymentech

FIRST DATA ARE CROOKS. AND THE LEFT HAND HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING. THEY APPROVED OUR MERCHANT ACCOUNT THEN CLOSED IT ONE WEEK LATER STATING THAT THEY DID NOT REVEIW OUR WEBSITE AND WE WERE SELLING A SOFT OFFER. THEY TOOK 30K IN PROCESSING AND ARE STATING THEY WILL NOT RETURN IT FOR 6 MONTHS!
UNREAL. This company is the worst merchant processor on the planet.
