For two years in a row now I have scheduled my annual maint at vestal ny ziebart and said I would be waiting for it. Both times, during winter, I was told I could not wait inside the waiting room, that I had to stand outside in the snow. When I did not want to, they pulled my car into the garage and backed it back out without doing anything to it. The year before that they washed it and dried it with a dirty rag and scratched the paint on the entire car. Now the car is rusting because they never applied their rust protection, that I paid for, and as far as I can tell there is no warranty. Total waste of time and money!
Desired outcome: They should paint my car because of all the scratches they put on it, and because of the rust that occurred because they were in hurry to get me off their property.
