Round Table Pizza

This is very hard for me to do this but I have been having issues with Karen for over two years and nothing is being done about it. Mark Lesi is our manager and I have loved working for him for the past 5 years but when it comes to protecting employees he drops the ball. Karen has been abusive and bullies the majority of the staff. Me being one of them. She is constantly discussing her personal feelings about me with employees. I hear her on a daily basis talking about me with Tara. Tara has told me the things Karen says and its all bad. Now Tara seems to be following in her footsteps. She has decided she is mad at me and won't tell me why but tells all the employees why. She refuses to talk with me and didn't do her job the other day cause she didn't feel like it. Leaving us behind on duties. We have lost dozens of employees due to Karen yelling at people and saying they are stupid, even on their first day of work. I love working for Round table and have dedicated myself to my job and my manager but the abuse I endure doesn't make me want to stay in the same restaurant with Karen and Tara anymore.
