I went to the sales store in albq nm at the Coronado mall I had taken my ring in for inspection and I could not find the paper work as I had all my stuff in storage because of a tragic. So I finally was able to get back into my home slowly I took my ring in as a diamond had fell out. Also I was told when I took it it would be fine. So when I did take it when a mall diamond in the side fell out the manager was rude and would not help me he wanted to charge me for the diamond as we had the warrant on it I cannot help that things happen in life. This manager was rude. I was able to get it taken care of in the sante fe store the gentlemen that was there helped so much and was polite. This isn't the first time this manager has been rude when I have gone in there customer service is the key. My husband wanted to also upgraded my ring but now he said he is fine with zales.
