I have purchased Lexus from this place month back and very happy with the way sales went and hat’s end of it

I have purchased through finance and see I am overcharged for the DMV charges and Suppoemntal Fee that are applicable to only NJ residents and me being out of state purchase

DMV charge is only $255 and charged me $600 (. It including documentation charge $600 for their device)

And no refund for excess charge

$199 for Supplemental Titling Fee for Luxury and “Fuel-Inefficient” Automonions and it clearly says should not be charged for out of state vehicles

Finance manger mentioning many lies and made me purchase ExtraCare and not helping with cancellation and finally worked directly with cancelling

Reached out to Finance manager Ahmad Bokharia who doesn’t respond to emails or calls

Dealership is very bad with returning calls or hiding to right contacts

Need help with my refund
